For all contracted and non-contracted providers, you may submit claims projects via e-mail using the spreadsheet located below. Once completed, please e-mail the spreadsheet to VBC-ProviderSupport@ConiferHealth.com
Please look for the file in your downloads folder
- All files sent must utilize the approved spreadsheet, any items not using this format will be sent back.
- All files must be e-mailed to VBC-ProviderSupport@ConiferHealth.com. Any faxed/mailed items will be not be considered and returned to the provider as they are unusable in their current state.
- Once received, you will receive an immediate automated response that the item was received. From this point, you will be contacted with 48 business hours regarding a ticket number and a point of contact.
- You may check the status by replying to the VBC-ProviderSupport@ConiferHealth.com inbox or reaching out to your assigned point of contact.
