What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept payments via personal check.

Can I make my premium payment by phone?

We do not accept payments via phone.

How long does it take for my check to be posted to my policy?

Since premium payments are due on the first of the month; you should allow 7-10 days for your payment to arrive in the mail and be posted.  

When is my Premium Payment due?

Premium payments are due before the first day of each month for the month, i.e. 1st of May for the month of May.

Does Harbor Choice accept 3rd Party Entity Payments?

Harbor Choice does not accept premium and cost-sharing payments from third party entities made on behalf of enrollees with the exception of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program; Indian tribes, tribal organizations or urban Indian organizations; and state and federal government programs.
